About the role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution;
  • Build and nurture strong alliances with key consultants, brokers, and strategic partners;
  • Lead all sales efforts with the team or independently, including prospecting, client outreach, and closing deals with enterprise clients (5,000+ employees);
  • Drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships;
  • Act as the primary representative at industry events and conferences to increase visibility and grow a network of advocates promoting Nutrium's solutions;
  • Collaborate across teams to align sales efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and client engagement;
  • Leverage market insights and data to refine strategies and achieve ambitious sales goals;
  • Scale the team by recruiting and leading top sales talent as the business expands.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales in the U.S., within the employee benefits and corporate wellness sectors
  • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Capable of performing both strategically and operationally
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
