About the role
- Partner with the Head of Sales to define and execute the U.S. sales strategy;
- Own ambitious revenue targets and contribute to forecasting and pipeline planning;
- Lead enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through negotiation and closing;
- Build strong relationships with consultants, brokers, and decision-makers at large organizations;
- Help design scalable sales processes, playbooks, and positioning as we grow;
- Lead strategic negotiations and structure deals that create long-term value;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Nutrition & Community teams to align go-to-market efforts.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience selling into the employee benefits, wellness, or digital health space in the U.S.
- Have a proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Are comfortable owning both strategy conversations and day-to-day pipeline execution
- Think commercially: understanding pricing, positioning, and long-term account expansion
- Are a strong negotiator who can navigate multi-stakeholder environments
- Thrive in entrepreneurial settings where structure is evolving, and impact is visible
- Are excited to help build something, not just operate within it.
