About the role
- Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations for NCP and (HDSI)
- Handle full-cycle recruitment and employee relations
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Records management and general administrative functions
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality across all HR and administrative processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a dual HR and Administrative role
- Strong knowledge of labor law
- Payroll and benefits administration experience
- HRIS or digital timekeeping tools proficiency
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace
- High discretion in handling confidential data
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic needs.
