About the role
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Nutrien Financial's business model, finance program offerings, and market strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Nutrien Retail colleagues and Nutrien Financial personnel in an assigned territory
- Provide expertise and testing support for Nutrien Financial system implementations and sustainment activities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the Advisor, Programs role and continuously assess opportunities for improvement and efficiency
- Build positive working relationships with Nutrien Financial, Credit and Collections, and branch personnel within the assigned territory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field from a recognized institution
- 2+ years of client facing/customer service experience within banking, finance, ag business, or a related industry
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Power BI
- Problem solving skills, adept at analyzing and identifying problems, and proposing effective solutions
