Negotiate contracts and lead strategic sourcing initiatives for Human Resources (HR), Legal, and corporate services
Develop RFx packages and coordinate internal stakeholder input
Conduct market research and supplier due diligence
Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle
Support supplier performance management
Assist in defining and executing the corporate spend strategy
Act as a subject matter expert for indirect spend and S2C/P2P processes
Utilize SAP Ariba and integrated systems for effective process execution

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
Preferred certifications: SCMP/CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, or Operational Planning
Minimum 6 years’ relevant industry experience
At least 4 years in strategic sourcing and supply chain management
Proven skills in RFx, contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, risk mitigation, and S2P process execution
Experience with technology (services, licensing, and hardware), consulting, contingent workforce, and HR-related categories strongly preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated experience with enterprise asset management (SAP ECC/Oracle), spend management (reporting/analytics), and eProcurement tools (Ariba)
