About the role

  • Plan and develop customer turf and ornamental plans, including fertilizer, seed, disease, pest, and water management program portfolios.
  • Responsible to the Turf & Ornamental Sales Manager.
  • Expand customer’s trust to be the agronomic business partner of choice.
  • Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plans.
  • Recognize and communicate company finance programs when applicable.
  • Keep confidential customer information, accurate records, and organized business plans.
  • Make safety a daily priority.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in Turf, Ornamental, Plant Health Care, Chemicals and Fertilizer.
  • 2 or 4 year degree in related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Turf and Ornamental or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Ability to work additional hours to meet business demands.
  • Proficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
