- Answering customer enquiries via phone calls, emails and instore
- Stock ordering and goods receival
- Order allocation and picking/packing
- Process returns
- Stocktakes
- Invoicing
- Housekeeping duties
Requirements
- High quality customer service
- Experience and a passion for sales
- Ability to work with in a team
- Can do attitude - eager to learn and grow
- Ability to work effectively in a safety-focused environment
- A Clean and current Driver’s license is essential for this role
