About the role

  • Our Nutrien Ag Solutions 2026 Graduate Program will provide the skills and training you need to be a future leader or technical expert within the agricultural industry in the field of finance.
  • The program is designed for top talent who seek a performance-based culture that is built on integrity, safety, inclusion, and results.
  • Commencing in early 2026, our 24-month program will see you involved in four leadership and skill-building workshops, receive on the ground training, and have three mentors assigned to you to provide ongoing support.
  • Rotational program throughout the two years, you will rotate in 6 monthly blocks through different areas of the Corporate Finance team.
  • Depending on what rotation you’re in, you might be exposed to our Tax team, Credit team or our Financial Accounting team.
  • Accelerated learning opportunities to kick start your career in Finance.
  • Professional networking opportunities to socialize and travel interstate.
  • You will be exposed to four skill-building workshops across the two years.
  • Professional development opportunities to grow your business, communication, problem-solving and data-analysis skills.

Requirements

  • You need to have completed your Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Agribusiness or a relevant field within the last 3 years to be eligible for the start of the program in February/March 2026.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, a proactive approach, strong communication skills and a passion for agriculture.
  • Be able to demonstrate customer service, problem solving and leadership capabilities.
  • Have full, ongoing and unrestricted working rights within Australia
