💰 $65,300 - $111,900 per year

About the role

  • Process end-to-end production of multiple payrolls in multiple Countries including Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, and United States
  • Support and deliver Payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of Federal and Provincial legislation to ensure compliance
  • Respond timely to employee and department inquiries
  • Mentor and train Payroll Administrators/Coordinators
  • Collaborate with other functional departments for process reviews and optimization
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Time Systems
  • Support payroll/time system testing
  • Manage year-end processes (T4, T4A, W2, TD4)

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience producing full cycle payroll in a large complex organization or a variety of payroll environments (3,000+ employees)
  • Working experience with SAP payroll is required
  • Work experience with SuccessFactors and Workforce Suite would be considered an asset
  • Microsoft Excel is required
  • Strong analytical skills
