About the role
- Process end-to-end production of multiple payrolls in multiple Countries including Canada, Trinidad & Tobago, and United States
- Support and deliver Payroll reconciliations and reporting requirements
- Strong Knowledge of Federal and Provincial legislation to ensure compliance
- Respond timely to employee and department inquiries
- Mentor and train Payroll Administrators/Coordinators
- Collaborate with other functional departments for process reviews and optimization
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Maintain broad knowledge of Time Systems
- Support payroll/time system testing
- Manage year-end processes (T4, T4A, W2, TD4)
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience producing full cycle payroll in a large complex organization or a variety of payroll environments (3,000+ employees)
- Working experience with SAP payroll is required
- Work experience with SuccessFactors and Workforce Suite would be considered an asset
- Microsoft Excel is required
- Strong analytical skills
