About the role
- Advise IT leadership on portfolio planning and develop service plans to meet business needs
- Ensure compliance with service agreements and address delivery issues
- Oversee inventory processing from receipt to shipment
- Manage daily service delivery, resolve issues, and lead projects
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across IT functions
- Manage budgets, optimize services, and review invoices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- 8+ years of IT experience, focused on SAP Applications
- Expertise in SAP Warehousing, Inventory, and Transportation Management
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
- Experience with senior stakeholders and mentoring teams
- Willingness to travel
