About the role
- Communicate with staff and customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions
- Answer inquiries related to client reports, pricing, supply ordering, and laboratory services
- Updating customer account database
- Assist with monitoring accounts receivable/payable and maintain confidential records and files
- Generating and distributing lab reports to clients
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Previous experience in analytical chemistry laboratory operations is a plus
