About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries, marketing credit products and services.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and credit limits under the direction of the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
- Reconcile cheque and credit card payments daily.
- Receive and post payments to customer accounts, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Print Daily Reports including the “End of Day Report” and “Payments Listing”.
- Maintain confidential office records covering daily transactions including customer invoices, stock transfers, and shipment notices.
- Complete administrative correspondence.
- Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments of supplies and/or inventory.
- Champion Nutrien’s culture of care and comply with Nutrien, industry regulatory, and EH&S standards.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Must possess a valid Canadian driver’s license.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous SAP experience, an asset.
