- Lead and grow a team of engineers delivering solutions
- Own technical direction and execution
- Drive performance, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence
- Partner closely with Product Management and other teams
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning
- Engage with customers to understand real-world issues
Requirements
- 10–14 years of overall experience
- At least 3–5 years in an engineering management or technical leadership role
- Strong background in systems/backend engineering
- Preferably in virtualization or cloud infrastructure
- Solid hands-on experience with Virtualization and Storage technologies
- Working knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V
- Proven ability to guide teams working in Go, C, or similar systems programming languages
- Experience building and operating software on Linux-based systems and cloud platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (required)
