About the role
- Close collaboration with the head of the municipal business unit to develop, implement and continuously improve modern, data-driven marketing and CRM activities
- Creation and execution of digital audience communications (e.g., HubSpot mailings, newsletters, campaign sequences) — with creativity, structure and enthusiasm
- Development and maintenance of whitepapers, landing pages and other digital information resources
- Structuring and maintaining municipal contacts in the CRM system (HubSpot)
- Consolidation of customer data from various sources (e.g., Excel and other systems)
- Support in building and automating workflows, reports and dashboards
- Participation in projects for digitalization and process optimization within the municipal sector
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Business Informatics or a related field
- Approximately 1–3 years of initial professional experience in marketing, CRM and HubSpot
- Good knowledge of Excel and enjoyment of structured, data-driven work
- Strong writing skills, excellent communication, and a good sense for target-group-oriented content
- Enthusiasm for digitalization, processes and automation
- Initiative, team spirit and a solution-oriented working style
- Experience in the media industry, municipal administration or Business-to-Administration (B2A) marketing is an advantage
