About the role

On the front lines working with Nursa platform users through inbound customer support channels
Primary contact for our users, supporting facilities and clinicians by answering basic technical and process questions about the Nursa app
Support all forms of inbound communication with users, including chat, phone and email
Maintain callback requests and outbound communications as needed
Welcome and educate new users to our app
User verification and documentation
Research shift discrepancies
Troubleshooting app functionality with users

Must be located in Utah and able to come in to our office in Murray to be considered
Excellent customer service soft skills

Tech Savvy: Strong ability to be proficient in multiple platforms

2+ years of experience working in a customer service/support role
