About the role

  • As a Manager in Transformation Consulting, you take responsibility for successfully designing, steering, and implementing transformation programs for our clients
  • Typically, you operate at manager/project-lead level in a consulting context and confidently lead teams, topics, and clients through complex changes
  • You work closely with decision-makers up to C-level, develop clear target visions, steer SteerCos, own roadmaps, and ensure sustainable implementation
  • In addition to content leadership, you take ownership for proposal work and client development – and become part of a team that embodies trust, courage, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Consulting DNA: You bring at least 5 years of experience in management, strategy, transformation, or digital consulting – ideally from more than one firm
  • Lead with Impact: You have led transformation programs in a consulting context end-to-end – from analysis and target vision through roadmap to implementation and adoption at the client
  • Business Development: You have helped develop proposals, scoped engagements, or shaped pitches and want to actively grow client relationships
  • Trusted Advisor: You confidently manage C-level stakeholders, SteerCos, and critical decision formats and can structure and navigate complex situations clearly
  • Program & Project Management (Consulting): You are responsible for scope, governance, milestones, risks, and benefits in demanding client programs – not just delivery, but real transformation
  • Storyline & Communication: You can develop executive storylines, decision papers, and business cases that persuade – concise, visual, and to the point
  • Team Leadership: You lead teams and workstreams with confidence, coach consultants, and take ownership for results and quality
  • Language: You speak fluent German (C1+) and have very good English skills to operate confidently in international contexts
