About the role
- As a Principal in Transformation Consulting at NU ON, you don’t just lead engagements
- You are accountable for the outcomes of engagements, client development, and strategic initiatives, and you actively shape NU ON’s continued development
- You consistently advance Asset‑Based Consulting — from concept to market penetration
- You think beyond project-based consulting to productize and scale solutions
- You take ownership of company-level strategic initiatives at NU ON and drive them to measurable success
- You are responsible for complex transformation programs end-to-end — from scope, governance and milestones to sustainable implementation
- You act as a trusted advisor at eye level, bring clarity in complex situations, and translate strategy into effective transformation
Requirements
- You have at least 8 years of experience in a management, strategy, transformation, or digital consultancy — ideally with experience at more than one firm
- You have a strong track record in account management and business development
- You have proven experience managing complex, multidimensional transformation programs
- You think in terms of business models, scaling and value contribution. Metrics, margins and commercial viability are your management levers
- You have solid expertise in strategy, transformation and organizational development and can structure complex content clearly
- You influence at board level with clarity, structure and poise
- You are fluent in German (C1+) and have strong English skills to operate confidently in international contexts
- You bring deep expertise in one or more of the following industries: Energy, Public sector, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and can deliver impact quickly
