About the role
- Provide analytical support, technical assistance and software training for new and existing clients in both North America and Europe via phone, e-mail and VoIP channels.
- Serve as a first line of defense for production-critical issues for EMEA clients, using knowledge of computing and fixed-income markets to solve challenging problems.
- Consult on issues ranging from general system usage to more sophisticated numerical problems.
- Function as an important link between developers and clients to analyse product gaps, expand program functionality, and assist in prioritizing business requirements.
- Help develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance suite implementing industry-standard quality assurance procedures.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree (or regional equivalent) in a quantitative or STEM discipline such as mathematics, computer science, engineering, physical sciences, etc…
- Analytical experience using a data-driven approach to solve problems and create customer insight.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences in English.
- Experience navigating complex cross-functional landscapes in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.

- Hands-on experience with Windows including an understanding of Windows network administration, Windows filesystems, and computer architecture.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite applications including automation and scripting through Microsoft Excel functions and macros.
