Security Analyst

• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel).
• Investigate and respond to alerts from XDR tools (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
• Conduct proactive threat hunting across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Analyze DLP, Web Filtering and Audit log (e.g., Forcepoint, Cisco Umbrella).
• Participate in an on-call rotation for incident response and escalation support.
• Assist in internal audits and compliance assessments (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
• Document findings, create incident reports, and contribute to post-mortem reviews.
• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and security engineering teams to improve detection and response capabilities.

Analyst

• Provide product support for technical and analytical questions via phone, e-mail, and VoIP channels.
• Manage delivery and upgrade of software to existing clients.
• Actively work with pre-sales and professional services teams to support our global go-to-market strategy and serve as a subject matter expert both internally and across our growing client base.
• Act as a critical liaison between developers and clients as a business analyst to analyze product gaps, expand program functionality, and assist in prioritizing business requirements.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer success, liaising as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert across client organizations, both through virtual and in-person touchpoints.

Senior Fixed Income Analyst

• Provide analytical support, technical assistance and software training for new and existing clients in both North America and Europe via phone, e-mail and VoIP channels.
• Serve as a first line of defense for production-critical issues for EMEA clients, using knowledge of computing and fixed-income markets to solve challenging problems.
• Consult on issues ranging from general system usage to more sophisticated numerical problems.
• Function as an important link between developers and clients to analyse product gaps, expand program functionality, and assist in prioritizing business requirements.
• Help develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance suite implementing industry-standard quality assurance procedures.

Fixed Income Analyst

Product Specialist

• Understand requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Work with Clients, Professional Services and R&D to analyze product gaps and enhancement requests, draft technical specifications and assist in prioritizing developmental efforts.
• Serve as business and technical expert on pre-sales and post-sales projects as needed. Work may include serving as business and technical resource for active client implementations.
• Develop prototypes based on the aforementioned business analysis by leveraging, Numerix SDK, Python and other tools.
• Work cross functionally with various departments, our clients, as well as the entire Numerix organization as a member of the Risk Analytics team.
