About the role
- Support assigned Senior Sales Executives with day‑to‑day sales operations, including:
- Price quote creation.
- Contract generation.
- Salesforce hygiene and opportunity management.
- Maintain and update Mutual Action Plans to ensure alignment and deal momentum.
- Liaise cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk and Sales Enablement to remove roadblocks and keep deals progressing.
- Track and report on KPIs such as:
- Speed from quote to cash.
- Opportunity completeness in Salesforce.
- MAP adherence and updates.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Excel.
- Exceptionally organized, efficient, and reliable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
