About the role

  • Support assigned Senior Sales Executives with day‑to‑day sales operations, including:
  • Price quote creation.
  • Contract generation.
  • Salesforce hygiene and opportunity management.
  • Maintain and update Mutual Action Plans to ensure alignment and deal momentum.
  • Liaise cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk and Sales Enablement to remove roadblocks and keep deals progressing.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as:
  • Speed from quote to cash.
  • Opportunity completeness in Salesforce.
  • MAP adherence and updates.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Excel.
  • Exceptionally organized, efficient, and reliable.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgency.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders.
