About the role
- Launch our product in new countries: Own end-to-end delivery of international launches—from operational research and tooling to stakeholder coordination and SOP development.
- Design scalable tax workflows: Build repeatable, automation-friendly processes for VAT/GST compliance using a combination of RPA tools, SQL, and AI agents.
- Own rollouts from 0–1: Pilot new operational systems, document workflows, train the team, and scale across regions.
- Improve efficiency & automation: Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual execution time, and implement automation and tooling to increase leverage.
- Triage edge cases and escalations: Support customer and internal teams by solving complex international operations issues, then build systems to prevent them in the future.
- Document and scale knowledge: Create internal SOPs and operational guides to ensure the team can scale with quality and consistency.
- Partner across teams: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Experience to enable seamless rollouts and drive go-to-market success in each region.
Requirements
- 5+ years in operations at a fintech, SaaS, or compliance-focused startup
- 2+ years of remote work in globally distributed teams
- Proven experience building structured processes in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Familiarity with process automation tools (Google Sheets, AppScript, RPA frameworks)
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
