• Backlog management
• Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their business objectives and goals, current processes, and requirements. Collect and document relevant information.
• Analyze information gathered during workshops to identify gaps and deltas, improvement opportunities, and business requirements.
• Create detailed documentation
• Process maps (BPMN, SIPOC) and other related artifacts
• Collaborate with the project team to develop robust project plans based on client requirements
