About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Knowledge of Scrum and its ceremonies
Backlog management
Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their business objectives and goals, current processes, and requirements. Collect and document relevant information.
Analyze information gathered during workshops to identify gaps and deltas, improvement opportunities, and business requirements.
Create detailed documentation
Process maps (BPMN, SIPOC) and other related artifacts
Collaborate with the project team to develop robust project plans based on client requirements
Prepare status reports and updates and communicate effectively with the project team and the client.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prepare business documentation, identify requirements, and plan projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to capture business requirements. Comfortable interacting with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Build trusted relationships with clients.
Be proactive and take ownership.
Willingness to learn new things and share knowledge.
Generate demand or identify opportunities within the client.
Develop solution proposals that add business value for the client.
Collaborate with other consultants.
Knowledge of Process Mining and Enterprise Architecture is a plus.
Experience in SAP projects is a plus.
