About the role

  • Set up and manage automated outreach campaigns.
  • Keep our CRM "source of truth" pristine.
  • Research and implement AI-driven tools to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Design and document clear, visual process flows.
  • Gather feedback from the field to help refine & streamline our product offerings.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Ops, or a related internship.
  • A hunger to learn the "plumbing" of a high-growth company.
  • You have a foundational understanding of Salesforce (or a similar CRM).
  • You naturally look for ways to automate tasks.
  • You can take a complex verbal instruction and turn it into a clean, easy-to-read flowchart.
  • You’re the type of person who notices a duplicate lead or a broken link before anyone else does.
  • CRM: Salesforce.
  • Engagement: Sales Engagement, Outreach, or HubSpot.
  • Diagrams: Visio.
  • AI: Experience with LLMs (CoPilot, Gemini) for business productivity.
