About the role
- Partner with leadership to identify and prioritise automation and AI opportunities that drive operational excellence
- Define and refine customer-facing workflows to improve resolution times, service quality, and overall satisfaction
- Analyse customer support queries and incidents to identify underlying issues and potential AI use cases
- Act as a trusted partner across cross-functional teams, leveraging influence to drive the adoption of continuous improvement initiatives
- Elicit business requirements, translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and support backlog prioritisation for delivery teams
- Document current and future state processes to ensure a shared understanding of change impacts
- Support change and adoption planning to ensure new capabilities are operationally viable and fit for purpose before release
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, specifically supporting automation, robotics, or AI-driven initiatives
- Strong ability to document complex end-to-end processes and translate business needs into technical requirements (User Stories/Acceptance Criteria)
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and drive alignment without formal authority
- Analytical mindset with experience in root cause analysis and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain process changes and benefits to diverse internal teams
- Experience working closely with delivery and product teams in an agile environment
- Experience with project management or workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Hubspot)
- Qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with Client Experience (CX) strategy and customer support frameworks
- Prior experience in 'Product Readiness' or change management activities
