About the role

  • Execute marketing activities for multiple hotels, resorts, and/or conference centers as directed by the Area Director
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage property websites
  • Oversee social media content strategy
  • Develop initiatives for on-property and local programming
  • Prepare monthly reports and presentations for ownership communication
  • Create sales/promotional collateral
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns
  • Create and execute local advertising placements
  • Schedule and conduct Marketing Meetings
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage content on 3rd party websites
  • Develop on property programming and activations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College degree or Associate degree with experience
  • Computer savvy including experience with Microsoft Office or comparable software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Graphic Design experience preferred (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva etc)
  • Website content management experience preferred
  • 2+ years of Marketing experience in a relevant field (Previous Hospitality experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing and social media marketing trends and best practices
  • Experience managing social media channels for business
  • Outgoing and self-motivated individual with pleasant personality.
