About the role

  • handling calls and booking reservations for guests interested in staying at one of the luxury resorts or hotels
  • assisting guests by understanding their needs and empowering them with detailed hotel and area information
  • meeting touchpoint expectations during guest interactions to close the sale
  • ensuring compliance with GRSC call flow, touchpoints, and selling strategies
  • completing daily administrative routines
  • engaging in extensive training modules
  • participating in daily/weekly/monthly huddles and communication meetings as needed or required

Requirements

  • ability to work in a remote work setting with a quiet and free of distraction background
  • ability to work a flex schedule to reflect business needs, with holiday and weekend hours required
  • prior experience in hotel and sales required
  • strong internet with hot spot back up, dual computer screen required
  • strong computer and typing skills with knowledge of navigating the internet and using various software programs
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational and time-management skills
