About the role
- Be an active contributor to all team activities throughout the entire agile software life cycle
- Work closely with product owners during discovery step to set up the goals and metrics for successful launch of the feature or component
- Contribute to and/or lead software architecture and design of the features and components we build
- Work on customer requests, helping the team and stakeholders to prioritise the improvements and additions to our product.
- Mentor others in the team. Contribute to the growth of individuals, the team & the products.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Java & Spring Boot application engineering.
- Experience and/or a desire to learn other languages and tools, we use a variety of languages across automation, front-end and backend.
- Experience or level of understanding of modern cloud-based solutions, ideally on AWS stack. Understanding of container applications on Kubernetes using Helm would be highly desired.
- Experience in solving complex technical problems and implementing high quality designs with the team.
