Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage with CISOs and CIOs to maximize opportunities for comprehensive security solutions
- Position nuHarbor’s strategic value through consultative, solutions-focused sales methodologies
- Own the enterprise sales cycle, including pipeline generation, landing, adoption, expansion, and deepening opportunities
- Forecast accurately, identify trends, assess risk, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle
- Utilize the partner ecosystem and manage software-partner relationships to open new opportunities
- Meet or exceed bookings, revenue, and margin targets
- Lead complex deals across diverse stakeholders with Services and OEM channel partners
- Collaborate with marketing on market messaging, campaign targets, and focused verticals
- Maintain understanding of market dynamics to drive creative customer solutions
- Maintain current cybersecurity fundamentals and technical knowledge of nuHarbor products and services

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; proven success and a minimum of two years’ related experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Seven or more years of direct security-industry selling experience in information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services
- Proven ability to manage the sales lifecycle from lead qualification through deal closure, including close planning, pipeline hygiene, and negotiation
- Demonstrated success in strategic, consultative selling and new business development
- Successful track record delivering revenue, margin, and quota targets through six-figure deals across public-sector and private-enterprise clients
- Expertise positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including simplifying complex concepts for varied stakeholders
- Ability to implement sales strategy and translate customer business requirements into successful plans
- Ability to travel extensively to client sites, engagements, trainings, and industry conferences
- Must be a citizen of the United States
- Public-sector sales experience is a plus
- Experience selling nuHarbor OEM partner solutions and/or complex cybersecurity, MSSP, or MSP services is a plus
- Knowledge of MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies is a plus
