About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage with CISOs and CIOs to maximize opportunities for comprehensive security solutions.
- Position nuHarbor’s strategic value using consultative, solutions-focused sales methodologies.
- Own the enterprise sales cycle, including pipeline generation, landing, adoption, expansion, and deepening sales opportunities.
- Forecast accurately, identify trends, assess risk, and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Manage software-partner relationships and use the ecosystem to identify and open new opportunities.
- Meet or exceed bookings, revenue, margin, and quota targets.
- Lead complex deals across diverse stakeholders with Services and OEM channel partners.
- Collaborate with marketing on market messaging, campaign targets, and focused verticals.
- Maintain market knowledge to drive creative customer solutions.
- Maintain current knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and nuHarbor products and services.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; proven success and a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field may substitute for a degree.
- Seven or more years’ direct selling experience in the security industry, including information security, enterprise or infrastructure management, SaaS, or complex technology services.
- Proven ability to drive the sales lifecycle from lead qualification through deal closure, including qualification, close planning, pipeline hygiene, and negotiation.
- Demonstrated success in strategic, consultative selling and new business development.
- Track record of delivering revenue, margin, and quota targets through 6+ figure deals across public-sector and private-enterprise clients.
- Expertise in consultative selling and positioning cybersecurity as a business enabler.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including simplifying complex concepts for different stakeholders and audiences.
- Ability to implement sales strategy and translate customer business requirements into successful plans.
- Ability to travel extensively to client sites, engagements, trainings, and industry conferences.
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Preferred: public-sector sales experience; experience selling OEM partner solutions or cybersecurity, MSSP, or MSP services; knowledge of MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or similar sales methodologies.
