About the role
- Leading the safety and environmental compliance at the division
- Maintaining compliance with all safety and environmental requirements
- Implementation and management of environmental programs (air, water, waste) including permitting and reporting
- Education and training of the team
- Engaging with the plant-wide team for solutions to problems and promoting continual improvement
- Participating in community outreach initiatives
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
- Minimum of two years’ experience in environmental compliance, permitting and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Civil, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with ISO 14001 or related management system (Preferred)
- Experience related to manufacturing or industrial environment (Preferred)
