- Leadership role in promoting Nucor’s Mission, an appropriate focus on community & environmental stewardship, and a proven focus on profitability
- Ability to create and execute a commercial strategy for the division and corporation
- Develop team members through building relationships, training, and individual coaching
- Analyze data and situations, think strategically, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Work collaboratively within the leadership team to drive our business
Requirements
- Five years combined experience in commercial, sales, and/or marketing
- Four-year degree in Business or Marketing (preferred)
- Prior sales or commercial leadership experience in steel industry or manufacturing (preferred)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Rebar business (preferred)
