About the role
- Lead by example in embedding Nucor’s cultural values across the division
- Oversee all maintenance activities across a large steel manufacturing operation
- Lead maintenance and engineering performance metrics, manage costs, and handle the Capital Expenditure Authorization (CEA) process for projects
- Apply deep maintenance knowledge and leadership to evaluate complex operational challenges
- Function as a partner to commercial, operations, and finance teams; drive and support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility
Requirements
- Previous steel or industrial manufacturing experience
- Minimum 5 years supervisory, management, or leadership experience
