About the role
- Drive the overall performance of the organization’s business strategy and financial results
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to combine market understanding, customer insight, and product vision into strategies
- Lead a team of HR, Finance and Accounting, Warehouse, and Purchasing professionals
- Promote safety as a value and maintain internal control structure
- Provide financial experience and leadership to critically analyze business situations and commercial conditions
- Negotiate key agreements with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Align and execute on the Nucor enterprise strategy
- Represent Nucor in community relations and public affairs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- 3 years leadership experience
- CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
- 5 years experience in financial-related positions
- 5+ years experience in financial or leadership roles
- Manufacturing industry experience
- HR management experience
- Chartered Financial Analyst
