Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of business development tools or systems
- Observing, receiving, and obtaining information from relevant sources
- Willingness and confidence to have direct conversations on critical alignment issues
- Working as part of a coordinated effort with others to achieve a common goal
- Managing one's own time and/or the time of others
- Displays responsibility, reliability, and commitment to fulfilling work obligations
- Being proactive in seeking out work and introducing new ideas for continuous improvement
- Identifying problems and analyzing or reviewing related information to evaluate options
