Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years combined experience in commercial, sales, and/or marketing roles
  • Minimum of three (3) years of direct people leadership experience
  • Proven experience with pricing, margin management, negotiation, and customer portfolio strategy
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into executable commercial strategies
