- Leadership role in promoting Nucor’s Mission ensuring safety is instilled as a value
- Creating and executing a commercial and sales strategy for the division and their team
- Developing team members through building relationships, training, and individual coaching
- Analyzing data and situations, thinking strategically, negotiating effectively, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Working collaboratively within the team to motivate and inspire an entire operation as part of the Leadership Team at Nucor Steel Texas
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years combined experience in commercial, sales, and/or marketing roles
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct people leadership experience
- Proven experience with pricing, margin management, negotiation, and customer portfolio strategy
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into executable commercial strategies
