About the role
- Be an active member of the Division’s Leadership Team.
- Lead and direct all operations related to the fabrication and shipping of insulated metal panels.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-functioning production team.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop business strategies including quality, cost, productivity, profitability, and commercial excellence.
- Demonstrate the values that make up Nucor Culture.
- Initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of all aspects and departments of a manufacturing facility.
- Leadership experience in manufacturing
- Willing and able to travel with short notice
- 3+ years of Supervisor/Management experience
