About the role
- Assist with new hire orientation, benefits, weekly processing of payroll - including all tax reports, quarterly and year end filings and payroll reports.
- Administrative duties include answering a multiline phone system, mail distribution, greeting visitors, ordering and stocking supplies, planning of company sponsored programs/projects/events and performing clerical and data entry to support the division.
- Additional duties include but are not limited to production bonus calculations and reports, managing uniforms, coordinating and scheduling training and site tours, and tracking data across various systems to support the team.
Requirements
- Cannot have relatives working at Nucor Steel Sedalia
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Associate Degree in HR or business-related field or 2 years of work experience in an HR capacity
- Knowledge of SAP/SuccessFactors
- Payroll Experience for 100 or more teammates
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
