Key responsibilities & impact

Work with field management to promote safety and share successes
Lead safety management activities and coordinate safety training
Document and participate in accident investigations
Provide analytical support and maintain safety records and reports
Train and coach drivers on safe practices
Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree, related to Safety, preferred
First Aid/CPR certified
Commercial Driver’s License – Minimum Class B with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
Minimum 5 years of operations management experience in a similar industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Ability to conduct accident/injury scene investigations
