About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prospect for opportunities and monitor the publication of tender notices/calls for bids;
Evaluate technical, commercial, and legal criteria of public and private tenders to prepare proposals;
Gather internal information from technical teams, engineering, planning, legal, and finance departments;
Draft and structure technical specifications, execution methodologies, schedules, and team compositions;
Provide technical clarifications, participate in alignment meetings, and liaise with consortia or subcontractors;
Monitor proposal evaluation processes, respond to requests for clarification, make adjustments, and participate in technical defenses when necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Commercial Management;
Ability to interpret technical and commercial documents;
Knowledge of engineering projects (infrastructure, environmental, technical consulting, etc.);
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel (advanced level);
Familiarity with ABNT standards.
