About the role
- Lead and develop the Product Development team through mentoring, coaching, and structured career growth, including ongoing feedback and performance reviews.
- Build and sustain a diverse, high-performing team by recruiting top talent and cultivating an inclusive, psychologically safe environment where individuals can do their best work.
- Define and align the technical vision in partnership with the Staff Developer, who owns deep technical architecture and solution design, while you ensure the team is enabled, resourced, and supported to execute effectively.
- Foster an AI-first mindset and a culture of experimentation, encouraging teams to explore innovative approaches, responsibly integrate AI, and test new ideas that enhance workflows, accelerate delivery, and deliver insight-driven products.
- Oversee prioritization, planning, and delivery rhythms to maintain clear focus, predictable velocity, and consistently high product quality.
- Partner with delivery and strategy leaders to translate business goals into clear technical roadmaps, staffing plans, and execution pathways that support both near-term needs and long-term product evolution.
