Strategy

• Advise on and shape transformative projects that modernize nuclear power plant operations, maintenance, engineering, and project delivery
• Guide the adoption of digital tools powered by Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles
• Partner with clients to understand their operational priorities and advise on digital engineering strategies aligned with business objectives
• Shape digital transformation roadmaps and ensure effective integration of BIM/digital engineering platforms (AVEVA, Hexagon, Bentley, Autodesk)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-year modernization strategies
• Lead design reviews and facilitate alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Evaluate market trends and assess emerging tools related to Digital Twins and BIM for practicality and strategic fit

BIM Digital Strategy Consultant

Implementation Specialist

• Work with clients to understand their operational needs and configure tools and workflows that support digital engineering delivery, including AVEVA, Hexagon, Bentley, Autodesk.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients in a virtual environment, including mentoring, training, and creating documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute multi-year project roadmaps enabling digital engineering programs using PDMS software.
• Conduct design reviews and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
• Perform market research on emerging trends, identify and test new software related to Digital Twins or BIM, and assess application for client requirements.
• Develop proposals, detailed work plans, project schedules, and deliverables independently and with internal teams.

BIM Implementation Specialist

AI Engineer

• Design and develop AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Azure services, including OpenAI, Cognitive Search, Vision, Document Intelligence, and Cosmos DB for vector storage
• Build and iterate on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and knowledge-grounded architectures, including GraphRAG and emerging techniques like OmniRAG
• Rapidly prototype AI applications tailored to specific client needs, such as document digitization, data vectorization, and content generation workflows
• Contribute to the architecture and implementation of advanced AI systems, including agent-based orchestration and integration with modern APIs and platforms
• Prepare and structure training data, including labeled inputs for both text and image-based models, with a focus on production readiness and model performance
• Evaluate and adopt new tools and frameworks based on AI/ML advancements, ensuring that implementations are stable and scalable
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact, cloud-native applications using Python (especially Azure's AI SDK). Exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript or Node.js is considered an asset
• Apply familiarity with engineering documentation and visuals (e.g., diagrams, schematics) to enhance AI-driven workflows
