About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate, together with the Product Manager, business opportunities and solutions for the service, taking into account regulatory, operational, and business viability analyses, as well as opportunities identified with clients and the squad
Align business opportunities and solutions with clients and service participants
Support the organization and maintenance of the backlog of requests, requirements, or initiatives
Conduct interviews and client visits during discovery phases and service validation
Detail, document, and formalize business rules, requirements, and process flows for approved service improvement and maintenance projects
Actively contribute to prioritization rituals, providing insight on impact, effort, and risks
Produce product metrics and reports for Management, monitoring activity status, risks, and dependencies related to business activities
Support knowledge dissemination about the service, processes, and business rules across involved areas, contributing to the quality and continuous improvement of delivered services
Create and maintain client manuals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Law, Economics, or Engineering
Required experience in financial institutions, acquirers/sub-acquirers, or registrars
Basic knowledge of project management or agile/traditional methodologies
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong written communication and presentation skills (storytelling)
Postgraduate degree or specialization in progress in Finance, Business, or related fields preferred
Preferred knowledge of the card payments market and payment schemes
Preferred knowledge of corporate credit (business lending)
Preferred experience in financial institutions, including retail products and front office, middle office, and back office processes
Experience with digital channels preferred
Customer-facing experience preferred
Experience developing business plans preferred
Experience specifying financial products and services preferred
