About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the functional product lead, ensuring its evolution, maintenance and alignment with market and customer needs.
  • Deeply understand customer journeys, identifying opportunities for improvement, simplification and value creation.
  • Conduct analyses of operational problems, incidents, improvement opportunities and regulatory requirements, proposing viable and scalable solutions.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog of enhancements, fixes and evolutions, considering client impact, implementation effort and strategic objectives.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology teams and internal partners.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and support monitoring of squad deliveries.
  • Define acceptance criteria, validate deliveries and ensure solutions meet the originally proposed objectives.
  • Continuously monitor adoption, usage, quality, operational efficiency, availability and customer experience metrics.
  • Track product KPIs and OKRs, proposing corrective and evolutionary actions whenever necessary.
  • Produce executive analyses, support materials, result presentations and communications for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Commercial, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Technology areas to ensure alignment and efficiency in product management.
  • Conduct impact analyses for regulatory, operational and technological changes.
  • Support implementation processes, customer onboarding and change management.
  • Collect customer feedback and turn learnings into product evolution initiatives.
  • Contribute to building FAQs, manuals, trainings and support materials.
  • Ensure product decisions are data-driven, evidence-based and focused on delivering customer value.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in product management, continuous improvement or overseeing initiatives focused on customer experience.
  • Experience using feedback, usage data and experience metrics to support decisions and propose product evolutions.
  • Ability to monitor performance indicators, using metrics to analyze results, identify opportunities and prioritize actions.
  • Experience interacting with customers, internal areas and stakeholders at different levels and contexts.
  • Knowledge of operational process analysis, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
  • Ability to participate in technical discussions with the squad, understanding dependencies, impacts, risks and constraints of initiatives.
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions with critical judgment and agility, considering data, business context and impacts on customers and the organization.
  • Problem-solving profile, with ability to mobilize the squad to find solutions, remove blockers and advance initiatives.
