About the role

  • Plan and execute the installation of network equipment (firewalls, switches, routers);
  • Monitor and maintain the operation of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi and cloud environments;
  • Implement and manage configurations for firewalls, switches, SD-WAN and VPNs;
  • Provide first-level support for connectivity-related incidents;
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of network infrastructure, procedures and policies;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

Requirements

  • Technical or higher education in Networking or a related field;
  • Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, MPLS);
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi infrastructure;
  • Experience with Cisco, Check Point and Fortinet equipment;
  • Knowledge of AWS;
  • Basic knowledge of network security;
  • Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/incident management tools;
  • Entry-level certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS).
