About the role
- Produce, test, and experiment with statistical models applied to different business areas;
- Create, maintain, and update analytical reports for the squad and the business;
- Provide insights and lead experiments together with the business areas;
- Support the business and commercial teams in presenting company products to prospective clients;
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to solve business problems;
- Prepare technical presentations to discuss and demonstrate analysis and model results for the company's technical stakeholders;
- Prepare executive-level presentations to demonstrate results and products to company executives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one or more of the following areas: Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or other exact sciences or applied social sciences;
- MBA, Master's or PhD in the fields above (preferred);
- Office suite - Excel;
- Machine Learning - classification and regression, and model evaluation;
- Statistics - fundamental concepts, hypothesis testing, distributions, sampling, and statistical inference;
- Programming - Python; PySpark (a plus); and code versioning (Git);
- English: Advanced.
