About the role
- Monitor Núclea's monthly results against the budget, identifying and analyzing variances and reporting findings to other company departments.
- Lead periodic reviews of financial forecasts, analyze behaviors and trends, and provide support to managers across other areas.
- Identify improvements and opportunities for system automation and efficiency gains in processes related to financial flows, report preparation, and budget control, maintaining data integrity and a high level of compliance.
- Drive the preparation of Núclea's annual budget, acting as the focal point for certain areas;
- Track and report time entries for project capitalization.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Required experience in finance (financial planning, investor relations, controllership).
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or other data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Access).
- Preferred: experience with Oracle ERP and the Cognos budgeting/management system (Workspace).
