About the role
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions, including ETL/ELT, data modeling, dashboards, and analytical reports;
- Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements and understand analytical needs;
- Ensure data quality, performance, and governance of the data used in the solutions;
- Implement best practices for version control, testing, and documentation of BI projects;
- Provide technical support to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices;
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on projects integrated with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and cloud solutions;
- Participate in agile ceremonies (Kanban/Scrum), actively contributing to continuous process improvement;
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of information delivered to users.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing BI solutions, with expertise in SQL Server and tools such as Power BI (including DAX, Power Query, Dataflows, and Paginated Reports);
- Knowledge of dimensional modeling (Data Warehouse and Data Mart) and multidimensional/tabular tools;
- Experience with ETL tools, such as SSIS;
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS and Databricks;
- Familiarity with code versioning (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices;
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage end-to-end deliveries;
- Experience with agile methodologies Scrum/Kanban;
- Experience defining architecture and serving as a technical reference;
- Amazon QuickSight;
- Python.
