About the role
- Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key hotel partners to support business growth and strategic priorities.
- Serve as a central point of contact for all hotel partners throughout the contracting cycle, including enquiry handling, negotiations, issue resolution, and follow-up.
- Conduct regular communication with hotels to maintain alignment on product needs, availability updates, pricing changes, and promotional opportunities.
- Monitor partner engagement and address any concerns that may impact the company’s ability to meet commercial or operational goals.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel contracting, travel procurement, or hospitality sales. (preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hotel rate structures, RFP processes and distribution systems.
- High attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
