Director, Technology Solutions, Networking

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, manage and implement a consistent and sustainable practice aligned to and in support of the overall business strategy
- Create the regional practice strategy and develop the strategy for their practice to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Own and optimize the solution portfolio investment for the owned business solutions for their clients
- Identify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure the financial viability for deployment
- Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders to create, implement and manage a technology roadmap
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technology, computer science or information systems or business or a related field
- Relevant technology certification(s)
- SAFe Agile / Project or Program Management certification(s) are desirable
- Significant demonstrated experience in a pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership role preferably gained within a global technology services organization
- Significant track-record of implementing and leading a successful, global product innovation strategy while also delivering on short-term financial goals and longer-term operational improvements
- Significant demonstrated experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals
- Significant demonstrated budget management, business development experience
